Peer-led
pathways away
from harm

Changing Futures is a peer-led violence reduction programme supporting young people at risk of serious violence and anti-social behaviour across Tower Hamlets. The programme works directly within communities, using trusted peer relationships to engage young people who may be disengaged from education, services, or positive support networks.

Through detached youth work, one-to-one mentoring, mediation, and peer leadership development, Changing Futures helps young people build confidence, manage conflict, and make safer life choices. The programme also supports progression into training and accredited opportunities, creating practical pathways towards stability, responsibility, and positive futures.
